Two case studies below. Real work, real numbers, real results.

Case Study 01 / Content, ABX, Thought Leadership

Payments in
Transition

A global, co-branded thought leadership study built with ACI Worldwide. I engineered it to convert a psychological blind spot into enterprise pipeline.

The Core Insight

I found the gap between what enterprise fintech buyers believed about their own readiness and what their infrastructure actually showed. Then I built the strategy around it.

That gap became the engine for the whole campaign. I didn't just spot it in the data. I turned it into a market intervention that gave ACI Worldwide a way to reach buyers who didn't yet know they had a problem, and turned that recognition into enterprise pipeline.

Perceived Readiness vs. Actual Readiness

Psychology-Driven Survey Design

Standard corporate surveys ask what people do. I designed a methodology that targeted risk aversion and loss aversion instead. It triggered honest answers about the anxieties executives don't put in board decks.
